The Alternative Jersey offers a slim but comfortable fit using the combination of two highly technical, recycled Italian mesh performance fabrics. Having been made from 100% recycled materials, this is a jersey you will feel comfortable in and good about. Lightweight and breathable with a slim but comfortable fit, it is the perfect Jersey for warm summer rides. The materials have been treated with HeiQ®, innovative Swiss technology eliminating bad smell and odor in compliance with Bluesign®, and OEKO-TEX®, approved.

The cut is slim fit, made out of stretchy materials. The sizes and cuts of our products, however, are designed to fit standard dress size parameters you would usually wear.

Perfect
I had this delivered to me under the new subscription. I didn't own an outright summer race Jersey so took the plunge. I had medium at 5ft 10 and 80kg as this is my usual Isadore size. It hugged me tightly and I was slightly concerned I was between a medium and large. It's first ride was a gravel ride in 15 degrees heat. I had a thin base layer on. In my relaxed riding position the Jersey seemed to mould to my body exceptionally well. It no longer felt tight and medium was the right choice. It kept me warmer than it should have done and only when it went in to single figures was an extra layer was needed. The main plus points were the rear pockets. They were large and appeared lower than normal so were very easy to access. The larger zip was also a winner and never once got caught in the fabric. A truely 10/10 Jersey.Show full review -
Fantastic jersey, (very) slightly letdown by shallow pockets.
Who knew it would be possible to create such a magnificent jersey from recyclable materials? Well, not me. It feels and fits for me like the club jerseys I used to wear when I was younger. I'm 177cm in height and weigh 86 kg's with around 22% bodyfat, (Blame Corona ;D) so I'm not the stereotype skinny cyclist. Size Large fits me well. If you like a slightly more relaxed fit, go for the Extra Large. Design is great, something really different, but nothing too flashy. Great reflective details (so important!) and a high quality finish all around. My favorite thing might be the zipper on this jersey. Too many times I've owned quality jerseys with terrible, small teeth, metal zippers. Not with this Alternative jersey. Bigger plastic teeth and smooth action. It might seem like a small thing, but think about it the next time you are ready to go out, only to zip up at the last moment and have cloth stuck in between the zipper. The last thing I want to mention are the pockets. Unfortunately, these are quite shallow and none of them have a zipper. I always go out with a hex and torx key, my phone and a house key. I haven't lost anything during riding and I don't anticipate it happening, but my phone (Samsung Galaxy S7) is already a little too big for the back pockets. In my opinion a jersey in this price range should have pockets that are a bit deeper or have a small zipper pocket like some of your other jerseys.Show full review -

Light, comfortable, ecological
I am 174cm, 65kg, chest 94cm and size M (as per size table, though it is different from the one applicable to long-sleeved winter version of this Alternative jersey) is spot on. The fit is pretty aero but no pinching anywhere (including sleeves). The jersey weighs next to nothing (below 110g) and breathes great. Great summer jersey
For all those really hot rides out there. Perfect jersey, can fit everything necessary in the pockets without any problems. Size M fits great (I am 180cm tall and 74kg weight). No issues riding in it even in lower temperatures (around 20 degrees), just use a merino first layer under it and it works perfect. As there is no merino in this jersey, it's really easy to take care for it, as you need just basic tech-wash to clean it in after every ride.Show full review
