    What is your return policy?

    • We have a 30-day no-questions-asked return policy if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase. That means you will receive a full refund if you return your purchase within 30 days of delivery. Keep in mind, all returned products must be unworn, unwashed and if possible in all original packaging with labels. Any returned products with obvious wear cannot be accepted for refund or exchange. 

      Our primary goal at Isadore Apparel is to curate a positive experience for you. If you are unsatisfied with any part of our service, product or simply have an idea on how we can improve please contact us at [email protected] 

      For customers outside the EU we advise you to contact us first before sending any product so that we can assist with custom clearance.

      If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, the size doesn’t fit correctly or you’ve simply changed your mind then please follow the link and process your return via MyOrder. We understand returning an item is a pain. Our goal is to make this process as seamless as possible. For all information about how to return an item please follow the link and process your return via MyOrder.

      If you wish to change the size or colour of a product, please return the items you would like to change in exchange for a full refund and then simply place a new order with your desired items.

      You are liable for any damage resulting from the repackaging and return process.
