    What should I do if I find any kind of defect in the product?

    • All Isadore products have been carefully double-checked for quality. That means all our products first undergo quality control checks at the manufacturers, and then once they reach our warehouse, we recheck all products again, and label them as quality check approved.

      Attaching a digital photo of the problem you discovered will be a great help for us. Resolving any quality issue is our highest priority, and we will respond promptly to resolve it.
