The solution for all winter temperatures

An excellent product, like many Isadore products. Instead of heavy winter jackets, I decided to try this very lightweight jacket, wearing winter underwear and a long-sleeved shirt underneath. The result was excellent because I could adjust the three modes depending on the cold outside temperature and the temperatures that rise throughout the day. The side openings, featuring smooth zippers that can be operated with just one hand, are very convenient. The purple color I chose is also beautiful. I'm 191 cm tall and weigh 94 kg; I usually wear an XXL from Isadore, but for this item, I had to choose an XXXL because it would otherwise be too tight given its stretch.

    Fitting review

Hi! I”m 191cm, 80,5kg. All fat on my waist/belly ;). Ordered an L (I have signature cycling jersey in L). Lengthwise it’s spot on (covers until lower back/ so race fit there), around my waist it’s a good fit as well. The arms ar a bit longer then my own but I guess on the bike ???? that will sort itself. Little bit more spacious on shoulders then real race fit (I don’t mind, not a true racer anyway and winter ride more gravel)but I bought it sizewise also in mind with several baselayers for winter conditions. Which do fit. Maybe I could hav gotten away with an M as well (but how that would work out length wise) Neck cuff is not to spacey but leaves room for a scarf now as well. The inner neck is nice and soft, so you don’t need a scarf for that. In general it looks damn good and feels great, can’t wait for winter. Bare in mind reading the above that I need tot take it out for ride yet. Will get back on it

    Serves many conditions

I bought this hardshell for it’s versatility: keep the wind and rain out and be able to use it in a wide range of temperatures. I add layers underneath when it gets colder. Did a 3 hour ride last week with serious rain the first hour and dry conditions in the remaining hours. With temperatures around 15 C and just one long sleeve baselayer underneath it was just perfect: it kept me dry and warm in the rain and I didn’t overheat after the rain stopped. Ventilation openings and backpockets are easily reachable, 2-way zipper a must for me to open the jacket when going uphill. Some remarks: water repellency is absent and the sizing is a bit off for me (177cm, 69kg, 95cm breast, 84cm waist, 91cm hips): size M is tight around the waist and wide around the breast and arms. But no problem on the bike!

    Great winter shell

I use it mostly during winter with different lower layers depending on the temperature. It can comfortably sustain temperatures from +10°C to -5°C, but I am sure it can ho lower with proper layering and other accessories. It is great upper shell wind/rain-proof while still being flexible and comfortable. I would like more ventilation (back / arms), but this is only issue in warmer temperatures. The fit is quite tight and cut to riding position, so not very comfortable off the bike, but that is ok.

    "The" Jacket

SIZE AND FIT. I am 1.75 metres tall and weigh 70 kilos. I wear size S. The fit is ideal as a third layer or as a second layer. However, the cut of the sleeves is a bit wide; you get the impression that there is a bit too much fabric to make the sleeves fit tighter around the arms. USE. I have worn this jacket in rain, wind and dry weather. In the first case, the temperature ranged between 5º and 14º Celsius. I stayed dry at all times and didn't sweat either. In dry weather, the temperature ranged from 5º to 16º Celsius, no sun but windy. I didn't sweat either, I kept warm from the first pedal stroke. Depending on the weather conditions, this great jacket can be used as a third layer (first a base layer, second a long sleeve jersey, both wool) or as a second layer (over a winter wind block long sleeve base layer). It's ‘the’ jacket.
