HOW QUICKLY CAN YOU PROCESS MY ORDER?

Every order placed before 1:00pm CET will be shipped the same day.*

You can track the progress on all your orders at any time, simply by logging to your Isadore customer account or clicking on a link provided by shipping company received in your shipment confirmation email.

HOW MUCH DOES THE SHIPPING COST AND HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO ARRIVE?

All orders within EU and UK are shipped with standard courier service or Express delivery service. On Orders received outside EU ( Switzerland, Norway, U.S., Asia etc.) we can ship only with Express delivery service.

Continental EU: various shipping partners - 4 to 5 business days - €10
UK: 5 business days - £4.5
Slovakia: 1 business days FREE
Czech republic: 2 business days - €7
Switzerland/Norway: 2 business days - €15

Express delivery EU: 1-2 business days - €20

SHIPPING COSTS REST OF THE WORLD:
We ship to most countries in the world with FedEx/TNT/DHL
Approximately 3-4 business days - €20

Isadore offers FREE standard EU shipping on any order over €150.

DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS FEES OR TAXES ON AN INTERNATIONAL ORDER?

Yes, if you are shopping from outside EU you may have to. Customs fees and duties are not included in the prices of our products or the shipping fees. Customs may be assessed when you receive your package, and you are responsible for paying them. Unfortunately we can’t give you an estimate as the fees vary for every country, order, and shipper. Please note that the customs fees and duties aren’t refundable – sorry!

Customers from UK are served with local fulfillment center, there are no extra taxes and duties charged.
