Signature Winter Polartec Tights Black
Winter trousers made of Polartec® softshell material for cold conditions that can withstand rain and snow.
Made of 100% polyester knit with Polartec® Power Shield™ Pro bio-based membrane. The fabric offers excellent elasticity in all four directions while maintaining water resistance of more than 20,000 mm and high breathability of 20,000+ g/m2/24h. Internal mesh structure of the fabric allows microcirculation and offers better moisture wicking while maintaining thermal comfort. Complete with a pre-shaped Elastic Interface® elastic insert, Schoeller® material insert with increased abrasion resistance and extra brushing for maximum comfort in sensitive zones. Treated with a DWR finish without the use of harmful PFC compounds, which increases the material's ability to repel water and dirt.

Warm enough
The chamois is incredible, and then there's the section that could be considered a very warm pair of bib shorts. The rest is made exclusively of Porlatec fabric.Show full review -

Perfect
I have the thermal version as well and these are noticeably warmer. They’ll keep me comfortable down to colder temps than I’d deliberately ride in. I only wish they had a pocket like the thermal version, which I didn’t know that I needed until I had one!Show full review -

Keeps its promises...
Originally I wanted to buy a second set of the fantastic "Signature Deep Winter Tights" but due to unavailability "Signature Winter Polartec Tights" were recommended by Isadore (thank you Natalia!). So I gave them a try: they are very good tights, too. Not as insulating as the "Signature Deep Winter Tights" but warm enough to ride at temps down to and even below 0 °C. In my opinion the advantage of these tights compared to the the "Signature Deep Winter Tights" is a noticeably higher flexibility although they are nearly equally in terms of insulation.Show full review
