Founded by Antony and Dylan, two lovers of sport and human connections, it began with a simple desire: to create meaningful experiences that bring people together and put people back at the center. A movement where sport becomes a universal language, where every ride or run is an opportunity to push yourself, share, and truly connect.
Antony, 31, holds a simple but powerful belief: people are what give projects their meaning. As co-founder of RELOAD, he carries a clear, unwavering vision to create deeply human experiences where sport becomes a catalyst for connection, self-growth, and reflection. Shaped by his own journey, he places authenticity at the core of every decision. Even RELOAD’s visual identity is crafted to mirror the sincerity of shared emotions. For Antony, every outing is far more than physical effort, it’s a moment of collective truth.
Dylan, 30, is the other driving force behind RELOAD, more reserved, more introspective, yet fueled by a powerful inner fire. For him, sport has been a refuge, a framework, and a catalyst for transformation. When faced with doubt or judgment, his answer has always been action. RELOAD was born from this raw energy, the urge to create, to unite, and to share genuine moments. Through every event, Dylan fosters a spirit of kindness and simplicity. For him, it’s never about where you come from or your level. It’s about the intention you bring and the moments you share.
Based in Valence, at the northern gate to Provence, RELOAD thrives in a region buzzing with cycling and running culture. Their approach is refreshingly simple: no posturing, no filter, just real people, powerful moments, and raw energy. Their only metric? The smiles on participants’ faces.
Whether on road bikes, gravel bikes, or running shoes, RELOAD welcomes all. No performance requirements, no elitism. Every outing is designed as a human experience where collective energy, kindness, and connection matter most.
We at Isadore feel lucky to have been introduced to Antony and Dylan through our ambassador Romain. Together, we created a special edition RELOAD jersey, based on our Tempo Custom design, and shared an unforgettable week of cycling and celebrating during this year’s Tour de France as it visited Valence and Mt. Ventoux. We’re already looking forward to the next project with these guys.
