How and Where Our Custom Projects Are Made
Creating a custom kit is about more than choosing colours and placing logos. It’s about people, processes, and making things the right way, from the first idea to the final stitch.
Designed by Isadore
All of our custom styles are designed and developed by the Isadore R&D team. Every piece starts with material selection, followed by feature development and fit refinement.
What comes next is a long, hands-on process: endless fittings, product testing, commentary, and small adjustments again and again, until the garments perform exactly as intended.
Only once a style is fully developed and approved do we open it up for custom projects.
Made with Mint Print in Riga, Latvia
The production of our custom kits takes place in Riga, Latvia, at Mint Print. A family-owned textile printing company led by its founder, Martins.
With more than 10 years of experience in the textile printing industry, Martins and his team combine deep technical know-how with a clear philosophy: fair working conditions for everyone involved, constant innovation, and smart, efficient production without unnecessary waste.
These values align closely with ours, which is why working together felt natural from the very beginning.
From Development to Your Design
Once the development phase was completed, with the help of Martins’ experienced pattern-making team, we were able to offer these proven styles to teams and clubs.
That’s when your part begins. Using our fully developed garments as a base, you can create your own print designs, knowing that the fabrics, fit, and construction are already dialled in.
Built on Shared Values
Every custom project we make is built on transparency, fair conditions, local European production, and a constant effort to reduce environmental impact.
We believe that’s the way custom kit should be made.
