We strive to process every order on the day received. However, during peak seasons, the processing time may increase.

How much does delivery cost, and how long does it take to arrive?

All orders within the EU and UK are shipped via standard delivery service or Express delivery. On Orders received outside EU ( Switzerland, Norway, U.S., Asia etc.) we can ship via Express delivery only.

Shipping costs to europe:
Continental EU: 4 to 5 business days - €10
UK: 5 business days - £4.5
Slovakia: 1 business day FREE or collect from Pradiaren - Bratislava Community Hub when items are available in store.
Czech Republic: 2 business days - €7
Switzerland/Norway: 2 business days - €15
Express delivery EU: 1-2 business days - €20

We ship to most countries in the world with FedEx/TNT/DHL
Approximately 3-4 business days - €20

Isadore offers FREE standard EU shipping on any order over €150.
(All delivery methods come with insurance and the ability to Track&Trace)

Do I have to pay customs fees or taxes on an international order?

Customers from the UK are serviced via our local fulfilment centre. There are no extra taxes and duties charged.

Customers from Switzerland are covered and customs are already paid upon delivery.

For customers from countries other than those mentioned above customs fees and duties are not included in the prices of our products or the shipping fees, so if you are shopping from outside the EU you may have to pay them. Customs charges will be generated once your package enters your country and you are responsible for paying any customs or duty fees associated to your order. Unfortunately, we cannot provide an estimate as the fees vary for every country, order, and delivery service.
