Alternative Insulated Vest
Practical insulated vest made from recycled materials that protects your body core from the cold.
The vest is made from functional materials Pertex® Quantum Air, Polartec® Alpha® Direct and high-density recycled fabric on the back panel with a Fluorine-free water-repellent treatment, which increases the material's ability to repel water and dirt. Top layer provides effective wind protection on frosty descents, but retains the high breathability you’ll appreciate during uphill climbs. Complete with practical two-way zippers made from recycled materials and recycled silicone tape around the bottom hem to multiply the insulating properties. The vest is easily packable into the back pocket of the jersey.

Probably my favorite Isadore apparel piece. I wasn’t sure if it would be a good purchase, so my expectations were low—but it completely blew me away. Polartec Alpha is simply amazing: breathable when you need it, and wind/cold-proof when you need it. At 182 cm and 90 kg, XL fits snugly. Paired with a long-sleeve jersey, it keeps you comfortable even in slightly above-zero temperatures. One thing I didn’t see mentioned anywhere: it’s very packable.Show full review -

awesome insulated vest
I usually wear S sized tops from Isadore (185cm / 81kg) , this is an M and it fits very snugly. The front insulated panel is not stretchy so keep that in mind, you might want to opt for a bigger size. I kept the M because I can still wear it without the vest being restrictive. Ideal in cold weather below 10C, keeps your core warm which is the most important. The two way zipper is very handy and the pocket is a great addition.Show full review -

Very nice, but thight

Was hesitating between this and the classic wind vest. Went for this one and zero regret, takes only a tiny bit more space when folded away but provides way greater thermal and wind insulation (had another wind vest before), perfect for climbing in the winter or when the temperature is changing during the ride. Great product, but too short on the back side
In cold weather conditions below 12 degrees I opt for this piece with a thicker winter jersey. The torso is kept warm, pockets are spacious for additional jacket, tools and some snack. I am quite short 1.7m and size M fits perfect, S was too short for me. The only one exception I have is the length of the vest on the back side. Even the bigger size M is too short and does not protect lower back properly. Additional 10cm and the product would be exceptional.Show full review -
