DO YOU OFFER REPAIRS ON YOUR GARMENTS?
Naturally, as any other product, Isadore apparel does wear out.
Depending on the way one takes care of the product (always check the wash instructions), this will occur sooner or later.
In the meantime, all items with defects in materials or workmanship will be preferentially replaced or repaired.
In case of an accident or a crash, we might be able to repair it. The majority of the repairs we do, ARE FREE OF CHARGE.

We will try to determine as quick as possible, whether we will be able to help you.
WHAT TO DO IF I FIND ANY KIND OF DEFECT ON THE PRODUCT?
All Isadore products have been carefully double checked for quality. That means all our products are going firstly thru a manufacturers' quality check. Afterwards, once they reach our warehouse, all products are checked again by our team and labeled - quality check approved.

Attaching a digital photo of the problem you discovered will be a great help for us. Resolving any quality issue is the highest priority for and we will react promptly to resolve it.
