    What is your return policy ?

    • We have a 45-day no-questions-asked return policy if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase. That means you will receive a full refund if you return your purchase within 45 days of having received it. Keep in mind, all returned products must be unworn, unwashed and if possible in all original packaging with labels. Any returned products with obvious wear and tear cannot be accepted for refund or exchange.

      Our primary goal at Isadore Apparel is to make sure you are a happy customer. If you are unhappy with a product once it arrives, please contact us at info@isadore.com to let us know what the problem is. We will do our best to solve the issue, whether it is a question of having ordered the wrong size, color, or whatever the case may be. 

      For US and most EU customers, we are able to generate a return label for your package. Please contact us before sending the package to our address.

      For customers outside the EU and US we advise you to contact us first before sending the products so that we can help you with custom clearance.
