What is your return policy?

• We have a 30-day no-questions-asked return policy if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase. That means you will receive a full refund if you return your purchase within 30 days of delivery. Keep in mind, all returned products must be unworn, unwashed and if possible in all original packaging with labels. Any returned products with obvious wear cannot be accepted for refund or exchange. 

  Our primary goal at Isadore Apparel is to curate a positive experience for you. If you are unsatisfied with any part of our service, product or simply have an idea on how we can improve please contact us at info@isadore.com 

  For customers outside the EU we advise you to contact us first before sending any product so that we can assist with custom clearance.

  If you wish to change the size or colour of a product, please return the items you would like to change in exchange for a full refund and then simply place a new order with your desired items.

  You are liable for any damage resulting from the repackaging and return process.
