Exceptionally lightweight insulated gilet combining wind protection, breathability and effective thermoregulation in an easily packable layer for cold-weather riding.
The Insulated Gilet has been redesigned around just two highly technical materials to significantly reduce weight and increase versatility, allowing the gilet to be used in a wider range of temperatures. The lightweight, stretchy, made in Japan Pertex® Quantum Air outer fabric provides breathable wind protection, while Polartec® Alpha® Direct 90 insulation efficiently retains warmth while allowing excess heat and moisture to escape during harder efforts.
Both materials are exceptionally light and highly breathable, creating an insulated gilet that provides effective warmth with minimal weight. Its low-bulk construction makes it easy to pack and carry, while its versatility allows it to be used across a wide range of conditions — from autumn and winter rides to cooler spring days and bikepacking trips, where changing temperatures and weather conditions require adaptable insulation.
A two-way recycled YKK® Natulon® zipper provides easy access to the jersey pockets underneath while also allowing adjustable ventilation. The zippered chest pocket doubles as a built-in packable pocket, allowing the gilet to be conveniently stowed away when not in use. Elasticated silicone tape around the bottom hem keeps the performance-focused fit securely in place.
