As I typical Dutch guy (1.86m, 71kg) I struggle with winter tights: too short or too wide. Pick one.... For that reason I prefer thermal bib short in combination with leg warmers. I ordered a size S (what fits me perfectly): stylish, enough compression and warm (range -3 to 8 Celsius). Recently I did a 200km winter gravel ride with these bib shorts and they passed the test, positively.

Perfect transition bibs
Since i am somewhat cold-cut, i´m always looking for warm clothing. And being extreamly satisfied with the Signature Thermal bibs, why not try this one, especially with the environment in mind. So i did, and are quite satisfied. The bibs are lovely warm, quite as warm as Signature Thermal bibs, and with a fantastic fit. They are in size small, painted to my body, with a nice compression. The pad i really, really god, long rides no problem, a bit more sturdy than the Signature thermal - btw like the rest of the bibs. I use them i more stormy and unstable weather, where they are a.functional gain. Combined with isadore legwarmers, i can use them down to 8 degrees. Summarized i must admit, that i´m a bit surprised, how good this bibs are, specially the pad - and no problem, that it´s fully recycled. Will by agian.Show full review -
fitting
im 179cm and around 78kg. i dont got spidery climbing legs, more thiker then the regular. because of a lot different opinions about fitting (-> reviews: many with my stats orded L instead of M) i orderd L to prevent a to tight fit (-> isadore sizing chart would have directed me to M) in the end L felt a bit to wide and long and i orded M for comparison. -> now im super happy with MEDIUM; its not even tooo tight on the legs, its just perfect. the bib short felt on the first ride perfect (conditions -2degress, wind and wet snow) and even hold for 1 hour dry. the condtions were to nasty tbh for the shorts. SO i really can reccomend the shorts for what condtions isadore were planing this shorts to work in. im espacially pleased about the eco-friedndly material and production of isadore.Show full review -

Cosier
Great shorts. The extra insulation is perfect for autumn/spring, and maybe dry winter days if you're a tough guy. I have the standard Isadore bibs too, and find the pad on these to be a bit firmer/sturdier. Not a bad thing, but different if you are used to the more supple pad. Finally, the iridescent reflective panels at the back are the best part. They glitter with holographic rainbow colours in the daylight, and are very reflective in the darkness.Show full review
