Continuing our Tour de France colors journey, we are about to go through another 5 picturesque and distinctive places: Andorra la Vella, Parc des Oiseaux, Lac de Vouglans, Berne, Chantilly Castle.

Andorra is the sixth-smallest nation in Europe, having an area of 468 km2 (181 sq mi) and a population of approximately 85,000. One of its main sources of income is tourism from ski resorts which total over 175 km (109 mi) of ski ground. The sport brings in over 7 million visitors. The mountains are snow caped almost all year round which gives the region a fairy tale like aura. In the summer, it's the perfect place for all sorts of adventures: skiing, snowboarding, hiking and other winter sports, snow dogs-snowmobile rides and helicopter flights.

7. Sky blue and Venetian Red

The finish line of stage 14, brings the riders to the birds paradise, Parc des Oiseaux. The park created over 20 natural habitats for its impressive collection of 18 out of the 25 bird orders that exist in the world. The Tour de France will come to the Parc des Oiseaux, 16th July, 2016 for the finishing line of the 14th stage which starts in Montélimar.

8. Transparent waters - Blue Lagoon

The river ain starts from a deep grotto and is the cause of the pure and clean watercolor. Lac de Vouglans is a reservoir of the hydro-electric power station at Vouglans (bottom) on the Ain river.

The lake complex offers a lot of water activities and relaxing opportunities for the riders and fans of the Tour, finishing stage 16. Its emerald waters and vibrant colors lure you to dive directly into it or at least try one of the many watersports available: motor boats, sailing, jet-skiing, diving, kayaking or canoeing.

9. Blizzard blue and carmine

The city of Bern or Berne is the de facto capital of Switzerland, referred to by the Swiss as their (e.g. in German) Bundesstadt, or "federal city". In 1983 the historic old town in the centre of Bern became a UNESCO World Heritage Site and Bern is ranked among the world’s top ten cities for the best quality of life.

Carmine color is present almost everyone inside the city's life and city landscapes: red rooftops, flag, trams, flowers.

10. Royal Emerald and Metallic Gold

The beginning of the last stage has a royal start, from the majestic Chantilly Castle. Shaped from the Middle Ages to the 19th century by its various owners, the history of the Domain of Chantilly is closely intertwined with the History of France and is without a shed of a doubt, a must see. It represents is the work of one man: Henri of Orléans, the Duke of Aumale (1822-1897), who, throughout his life, was constantly paying tribute to the rich culture of the domain and to his illustrious predecessors, the Princes of Condé.

The Domain of Chantilly belonged to several princely dynasties who contributed to its development down through the centuries.

In the present, the castle holds all of sorts of events: horse shows, exhibitions, events or activities for families.

We have identified 10 colors of this year's Tour de France and these are just the first five of them. Check out our first part of the journey.
